Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the walk in shower design was very roomy and easy to use. I really appreciate how the fridge and microwave was tucked away in its own cabinet.

a home from home for me when working in WIlkes Barre, there are plenty of hotels in the local vacinity to choose from but none compare to the Courtyard. Staff, service and modern rooms and decor streaming service on room TV's is a massive plus when staying for more than a day or two. plenty of shops, resturants etc right on the doorstep.

I loved the location of this hotel! The room size was fantastic and the front desk service was super helpful and friendly!! Parking was easy to find and it was quiet our entire stay! We used this hotel to go to the Lantern festival and it was in a great location to it!

the courtyard is my home from home when in wilkes barre, i have been staying here over the last three years without issue. they have exceptional staff who are both friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

i have stayed at the courtyard Wilkes Barre multiple times the same as other hotels throughout the east coast, what i like about the the Courtyard Wilkes Barre is they have set the standard high and over the three years i have stayed here that standard has never dropped, even during the worst of Covid. i call this hotel my home from home when ever in PA

Great middle of our trip location. Staff very friendly. Loved the breakfast options and service and the starbucks coffee barista on site was awesome for people traveling.

The staff went out of their way to help us when we arrived. My husband is disabled, and they located us near an exit which I requested, brought a luggage cart down to that area so that I would have an easier time unloading our car myself. The only additional item that would be helpful would have been a bench or chair in the shower. I did not request it, but will next time. It makes it easier for him to shower.
